ReadingFluency.app is designed to be compliant with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

  • We act as a "school official" under FERPA when providing services to a school or district.
  • We do not collect information from children under 13 without verifiable consent from the school or parent as required by COPPA.

  • Exporting Data: You can export assessment scores and progress monitoring reports via CSV at your convenience.
